I used to buy one portable one with cigarette ligter power socket type from Esso , $19.90 .
Can tahan a few good years .

Some caltex got vacuum vending machine , $1 can work for a few minutes type .

Now i don't do what vacuum , i used any wet cloth can "sweep" all the dust and smalls stones away .
Can be as clean as vacuum , a little more effort nia .
More satifactions , cos my cloth with dettol .

When u are alone in a cab , regardless of on meter off meter , in terms of accident , all insurance problems .
I would advise DO NOT put $0.01 . . . why give the insurance companies something to dig about us ?

Like the one at Juong Island , one erected speed camera can take two side of the road .
Think Sentosa Cove's Speed Camera also can take both side of the road .

But once involve in accident , suay suay need to claim whatever , then without On taxi meter , insurance company can say u are illegal despatching passengers which they do not cover the claims .
