An adult normal pressure , healthy pressure read : 110/120 blood pressure , pulse reading should be between 70-80
In medical terms , they called it Systolic and Diastolic .
in laymen terms .... if your blood pressure is high , meaning u must see doctor , lower down blood pressure , hence lower the risk of heart attacks .
I cannot imagine if i am driving halfway . . . kena heart attack seizures , i die nevermind , behind me also follow me die , too bad leh .

Doctor ask : " Got casual sex before ?"
if got before , i suggest u do a HIV test ?
I actually never say yes . . hesistating .
But after he extract all those bloods , he sent for me .
Came back of course negative reaction to HIV viruses .
The rest okay , except good chlo not enuf , bad chlo a bit high .
The best is : After checkup , u felt a bit more confident about yourself .
U eat more careful .
And keep it that way .
U will be more confident , because you are healthy .
For those members , if any of your family members , or grand father grandmother , has got cancer before , or diabetes .... just pay a bit more attention to yourself .
Like myself , i also high risk of getting cause my grandfather and father all got it !
Unlike my father , i go for regular medical checkup .
Earlier detections , can save yourself and family lots of troubles .
