Not everyone entitle to Medishield , only aged 40 and above can sign up . But u can ask from CDP what scheme they have in plans for aged under 40 ?

Newbird no need worry MDT , not important one . But a must to get a cab that can transact cashless payments , like NETS or VISA . Some felt it's not a must , but somehow it's quite handy for midnight...
