That the drivers to be paid more , and act as surveyors taking down datas .
I am proposing $38 per hour soon .
$5 more to take down datas .
And those drivers involve , soon must support themself with car cam , requirement .
As in $38/hr , we support them with datas and video images of our assignment .
They saved money , we earn some extras , with little bit more effort .
So in future , if u happen to see some taxis stopping at road shoulder taking down datas , they could be one of us .
