If i picked someone on the street , telling me to a certain places like CCk Ave 4 ...... how many of you actually think he staying at Yew Tee ???

CCK is a big town .... so i can see the difficulties in hunting culprit , but that robber who rob the handphone , in CCK , he was actually caught at CCK Ave 1 , a big town like CCK , Jurong Police Division HQ still can manage .

Once i was at home , Police officer knocked on my door , and asked if i seen anybody loitering around my floor , i said no .
There is something can be done ..... ask around . Residences will be happy to provide infos .
I dun believe the Police need a warrant to get info from the residences at Chwee Chian View .
