All Taxi Meter come with IC Card Reader,
Once the Pax on board, They need to pass the NRIC or EP Card to the TD,
TD then slot the card into the Taximeter,
For Singaporean Flatdown is $20.00, For Non Singaporean Flatdown is $40.00
As for Tourist that Don't have NRIC or EP, Flatdown is $50.00
