to me , normal.discount is 18% . . . for all diesel kiosks . With points .
but i am with shell . . 18% discount , $0.04 cents rebate per litre , plus escape points .
shell got one at sengkang.
rebate of four cents will credit into your bank account .
but shell dun give such cards at kiosks , u must go benoi road office get the card.
