Last night i was with one LV member driving a CityCab .....
I used his MDT to test out the whole Comfort Delgro App on an Android .
His MDT actually got the booking , after he press YES , the system did generate back to me. . the whole details .
Very fast .... in less than 1 minute .
But it took me ages to get the job cancell !!!!
It is impossible to cancell .
My android kept refreshing , updating ...refreshing ....updating data base ..... ages !!
So i can imagine how the whole system works .
In both consumers shoes and drivers as well .
So CDG drivers cannot blame caller for not cancelling the job , it took ages for them to cancell a job !!
