I driving since year 2000 .
How to maintain at that level ?
I relax see soccer many many times . Do something u enjoy , not just driving taxi . Have a life .
I played badminton every Tuesday and Thursday , now i played Thursday badminton only once every fortnight .
I eat well , seldom u see me eat junk food like many cabbies out there .
I dun eat Curry fish head after 12MN , or Laksa , or char kway tiao after midnight , also i cut down nasi lemak after 12mn , use to patronise Boon Lay once near there , felt very unhealthy .
I prefer to die smoking and women , but by eating junks ?
