Well it's the driving habit of that driver .

I dun jam brake , I step gradually to slow then stop .

Bacause of such driving habit , i dun follow too closely to the vehicle in front , cos i need more space to slow down and brake .

Bigger bonuses not enough to retain people: report

SINGAPORE: Recruiting firm Hays said potential bonuses of up to six months are not enough to retain people in their current jobs.

In a report released on Tuesday, Hays said job candidates are more accepting of the reality that bonuses are not what they once were.

Regional director of Hays in Southeast Asia, Chris Mead, said: "Usually the potential impact of walking away from over six months of accrued bonus has a huge bearing on a candidate's decision to change jobs in the second half of the year."

Mead added that candidates are looking for new jobs that offer career development and progression.

Candidates are looking to expand their skills and expertise and want to work on signature projects in their industry.

There are also more candidates who want to try different industries to broaden their skill set.

Hays' advice to candidates is to have realistic salary expectations as employers will not rush to hire those whose financial expectations are too high.

Tell them give those who is Degree holder here and see if they will stay ?

I once told my hirer if dettol not strong enough , dare dare use .... Giant selling the house brand dettol big bottle $4 nia cheap cheap . My house got 2 bottle , for washing toilet .
